Lovely service, decent food, but somewhat pricey

LIG was such a great surprise the first time I tried it. The staff were very helpful and walked me through the menu before suggesting something. They provide a small dish of pickled slaw before your meal arrives. The kimchi in the dishes is so spicy and delicious! Prices were reasonable ($15 and up) and they have many options for groups. Kimchi is made on site and is available for purchase in 500g and 1kg packs.

Thumb up for the food and service!! Yum yum yum! Definitely will go back and also try their new dessert Bing Soo next time.

My knowledge of Korean BBQ is limited. I thought the food was excellent. We came in with a large group and service was fast. Would go back again.

1st time eating here, we will be back. Great food and service. I'd recommend the Stone Bowl Bibimbap. The Stone Bowl leaves a layer of crispy rice on the bottom of the bowl. Very yummy.

Beautiful place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and/or family. Service was amazing and food came right away. The quality of food was absolutely stunning, and it is very obvious that there is a lot of effort and dedication put into the dishes. Definitely will be returning!

I’m Korean and this place is way too overpriced for their food. The quality of the kimchi jjigae is really bad - their broth is dark red and it tastes like there’s way too much gochujang in it. They also give very tiny pieces of “banchan” which are side dishes.

Good food, great service, and very clean!!! The owner is very nice and approachable. She goes out of her way to explain the menu. Must have: Seaweed salad, korean beer, stir-fry squid and pork, and spicy kimchi!P.S. They offer free ice cream ❤️

The food quality is high. Great flavor and all the ingredients are organic. The service is very active. They always check up on you and if you're enjoying the food. The price is on the higher end but the taste and quality justify it. The dining room is peaceful and calming. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Korean cuisine.

The decoration is great and this place has one of the best Korean food I ever had. However, it is definitely on the pricey side. I think the price is around 5 dollar above average Korean food

Restaurant is super cute, food is super tasty, and just loved everything about the experience.

Food was yummy. It was my first time being at this place. I had the beef short rib stew. I wished there was more water given to us at the table, but it is ok.

Very expensive. Go to other Korean restaurants like Korean House Restaurant. It's way cheaper and has better food. Idk why but every food is so SPICY and SALTY. I had to drink water each time I swallow.

Went with my son for the first time and were thoroughly impressed with the awesome service and help with the menu. The food was on a whole other level 💯💯 We will be back a I highly recommend it. It would be great for large groups as well. Work, business or friends. See you again soon.😁

Beef bulgogi and kimchi were fantastic. Would eat this daily if I could.

This place is nothing but amazing always fresh always perfect honestly I have been here twice now and I think I'm going to suggest it every time someone asks to go for dinner because it's one of the best places in this city for some good real food

We ordered chicken dumplings, they are exactly the same ones from Costco. That's really bad in a Korean restaurant. Super small amount of side dishes. Waiter didn't give useful information about dishes. The beef ribs are okay. Will not come back again.

The quality and authenticity of the Korean food is good, but what really stands out is the exceptional service. They went out of their way to satisfy a request for an off menu veggie dish, making sure it met the spec specified by my friend's dietary requirements. Highly recommended.

We hadn't been there for a couple of years, so we went there expecting the buffet they used to have. Doesn't exist anymore. But, the food they are serving now is a very pleasant surprise! Very tasty!

My family and I (husband and three kids ) came to eat at this restaurant and we have never had better service and food. The food, people and atmosphere were amazing. We were so happy leaving the restaurant. They were so attentive to our little kids and went above and beyond with their service. We will definitely be coming back again !

I've tried so many other Korean restaurants throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan but here was the best ever so far. I got 김치찌개,오징어덮밥, 돌솥비빔밥 and 해물칼국수 and all of them were tooooo good to be true. It's not salty not that spicy and not too small. But in my opinion, 오징어덮밥 needs more rice because the squid and the sauce comes with more than I thought.

My first visit to Life Is Good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a wonderful menu to step away from the traditional Canadian dining night out. The restaurant design is beautiful with details like lighting and seating, even monogrammed water glasses, that really create a wonderful backdrop to a fantastic meal.

Delicious Hot Stone Bibimbap. I tried the Citron Soju and it was super yummy! Appetizers of kim chi and other little snacks were tasty and interesting. Very friendly, professional, and attentive service! Will definitely be coming back again.

One of the best dining experiences in Regina. Such welcoming staff. Me and my friends had no idea about Korean food and it all changed after the master class from the staff at this restaurant. A must go place if you fancy some Korean food.
